Urbanisation Lo Crispin

• This urbanisation is going to be officially taken over by the Algorfa Ayuntamiento hopefully in March 2008, at this moment in time the majority of infrastructures are in place and only a small percentage of construction remains, once the Council architects have passed all the main requirements the council can finally receive council tax from all the residents whom reside in Lo Crispin. Unknown to a lot of people suma at this moment is only being collected for the owner's property and garden and not for the council facilities including refuge, maintenance of parks and gardens, policing, road or street maintenance etc. The take over will enable Algorfa council to work in all public areas and maintain this beautiful Urbanisation to a high standard.

Urbanisation Montebello

• This is an outstanding Urbanisation and this is mainly due to the good communication of the Committee members and the urbanisations exceptional president Mr Ian Davidson. The residents of Montebello are both complying and helpful in all that the Ayuntamiento do. A unique community has been formed with an exceptional outcome. A peaceful Urbanisation and secure for all who choose to reside there. The construction of the urbanisation began by the promotion and construction company Gama in the year 1999 and over the years has proved more than a challenge for the local authorities, but today Montebello is a special part of the Algorfa municipality. Montebello has many private facilities exclusively for its residents including a swimming pool, football pitch, children's play area, gardens and commercial units including bars and restaurants. An ideal place to bring up children or to retire, this urbanisation has something for all.

Urbanisation Montemar

• This is Algorfas oldest Urbanisation and the infrastructures and plans for this were started by the previous Algorfa council who were voted out of power very shortly after construction began 8years ago. Still a very adorable urbanisation situated within the vicinity of a pine forest, Valencian Government building permissions and stipulations are very tight in some parts of this urbanisation, and this is due to the promotion and construction companies building too many properties outside the government regulations all those years ago. Montemar has some of the best views in the whole area and is home for Algorfa's very prestigious stately home Montemar Castle. In close proximity to the new La Finca golf complex Montemar offers a great place to invest in property as prices are very reasonable and rental properties are very much in demand for golfing holidays. Permanent residents who reside within different communities do welcome all holiday makers and visitors but do insist their community rules are kept and respected, please abide by all regulations if you do choose this quaint Urbanisation as your holiday destination, all urbanisation regulations are made for everyone's well being and safety.

La Rellana

• This Urbanisation is situated on the La Finca golf course and is an idyllic place to live or holiday, it is not necessary to be able to play or have a love of golf to live in this exclusive complex, the breath taking scenery and natural wildlife is enough to sell this spectacular Urbanisation in Algorfa. This Urbanisation is still under construction and will be for some years to come, but what is most noticeable about this Urbanisation is that each completed area is finished off to a very high standard indeed including many communal areas, paths, trees, shrubs, lighting and gardens. Under construction there is a club house and a 5* hotel, on completion the prices of property around the golf course is expected to rise. Many new projects are pending as the owner of La Finca golf and the Town council are in talks, they are drafting up papers for new enterprises and facilities. More information will be available on these new projects when the plans are finalized. This urbanisation offers all facilities including many restaurants, shops, bars, banks and cafes. Eventually the Ayuntamiento will employ policing bodies and they will be present at the urbanisations two entrances this is for added security also this offers security for other nearby urbanisation.
